Dark eye circles are an undesirable source of aesthetic concern of many patients because of the tired and unwell appearance they give rise to. The cause of dark eye circle is multifactorial which include excessive pigmentation, periorbital volume loss, skin laxity, orbital fat herniation and increased subcutaneous vasculature. Treatments include hyaluronic acid filler injection, fat graft, Q-switched laser, and fractional resurfacing laser treatment.
